well you guys might've heard of the life deck from pt columbus and from gp okayama.

its pretty cheap to make, and i've always wanted to make use of my old en-kor creatures.

i'm thinking of entering it in a casual tourament a couple of weeks from now. though i haven't aquired any windswept heath's yet, its a bit pricey.
any suggestions?

i don't know about lightning greaves, there's very little space for artifacts which the deck doesn't really need.

but do you think i should use instants like swords to plowshares instead of parallax waves or other slower enchantments?

The Tentacled One
The two have completely different purposes. Parallax Wave is only temporary, but offers several options for what it gets rid of. Swords to Plowshares will remove a creature permanently, but only hits a single creature. I suppose it depends on which decks you usually face...

If only somehow you could use your life points to deal direct damage or use it for mana for direct damage, hmmm.

its for 1on1 casual

i'm trying to lessen the enchantments in the deck i'm making with the exception of land tax, and trade them with faster creature removal.

once you get to a billion life there's nothing much they can do unless mill you or other crazier win conditions which is highly unlikely. right now, i'm only thinking of the library kill, well i got serra avatar for that. any thoughts?

The Abeyances buy you extra turns and give you the draw...

I'd just thought of this - but Rule of Law couldn't hurt either...
