I don't think Roar of Reclaimation or Reconstruct would work in this case.

Mycosynth Lattice:

All permanents are artifacts in addition to their other types.
All cards that aren't in play, spells, and permanents are colorless.
Players may spend mana as though it were mana of any color.

The only sentence that applies to cards in the graveyard is the second one. Mycosynth Lattice only interacts with cards in the graveyard by making them colorless.

I like pulling my ISLANDS (that I can tap for BLUE mana) right out of my library so that I can save my draws for my BLUE spells such as COUNTERSPELL.

Even if it is ridiculously slow...
