Once Torment came out, I broke open a Last Laugh. At first I thought it was a decent rare that I would never really use. Then I looked at the cards it interacts with and *piff!* I had a multiplayer deck.

Lands (22)
3x Caves of Koilos
2x Salt Flats
2x Forsaken City
4x Dromar's Cavern
1x Ebon Stronghold
2x Peat Bog
3x Bog Wreckage
1x Swamp
4x Plains

Black (18)
2x Last Laugh
1x Attrition
1x Pillar Tombs of Aku
1x Avatar of Woe
1x Desolation Angel
1x Stronghold Assasin
1x Braids, Cabal Minion
2x Forbidden Ritual
1x Carrion
1x Rhystic Tutor
1x Phyrexian Defiler
4x Plague Spitter
1x Rain of Filth

Multi (3)
2x Vindicate
1x Death Grasp

White (12)
2x Academy Rector
1x Enlightened Tutor
1x Renounce
1x Animal Boneyard
2x Dedicated Martyr
2x Venerable Monk
2x Congregate
1x Reaping the Rewards

Artifact (5)
1x Jinxed Ring
1x Smokestack
1x Claws of Gix
1x Phyrexian Vault
1x Barbed Wire

And there ya have it. Basically, just set up a big chain reaction (what else would you do with LL?). Some of my favorite combos:
LL+Pillar Tombs of Aku - Either they sac a creature and start the fun, or they take 5 and you do it. Nice.
LL+Carrion - Might as well read "Do X+1 damage to all creatures and players."
LL+Attrition - Does 2 damage to everything and nukes a creature.
LL+Stronghold Assasin - See above, except it's 3 damage.
LL+Plague Spitter - Your Last Laugh on a stick, and a great way to clear the board.
LL+Jinxed Ring - 2 damage to your opponent for every LL activation (drools):D.

Every card in the deck either gets LL or helps set it off :D .

that's downright awesome for a multiplayer ll deck...

I focused mine on head to head games... it did okay...
