Good evening readers!
I just recently finished the book, a night after I bought it, and I found it quite good! The one thing that gets under my skin, however, is that Clayton Emery doesn't seem to like the "Magic" way of casting spells. He has a somatic component or whatever, and its more like DnD than magic. He also dares to use the word divine next to magic.... I mean, what's up with that? Hezues...
And also... he uses the word bosom so many times!! I think people can handle the word breast, can't we? Sometimes his repitition is a little too obvious.
But its well written (besides the repitition), and I enjoyed it. Its up there with all the other major storyline books on my shelf.
What did you think of it?
