I don't think the question is whether a deck can use a 2GG 5/5 trampler.

The question is can the deck use a 2GG 5/5 trampler that gives your opponent a tempo advantage.

People have been able to use Hunted Wumpus. This is mostly better than Hunted Wumpus...

It won't see much attention as far as tournament play goes, since it's in a block with some good legendary creatures. But casually the odds of an opponent not gaining any tempo at all from it are pretty good...
