Is cetastrom viable in type 2?

Just looking through some of my old decks, found this....

Cetastorm is a deck based around using Ceta Sanctuary and Meteor Storm to deal a large amount of damage turn after turn.

Just an idea for type 2:

Cetastorm


4x Counterspell
4x Urza's Rage
4x Fire/Ice
4x Ceta Sanctuary
4x Meteor Storm
4x harrow
4x Birds of Paradise
4x Gaea's Skyfolk
2x glacial wall
2x shock (or blazing salvo)

lands:

6x island
6x mountain
6x forest
2x Shivan Reef
2x Yavimaya Coast
2x Karpulsan forest


Any suggestions or comments?

Actually, I'd use Guided Passage. Pulls up fuel for Meteor Storm, and may very well get you a card you could use. (Almost any card they could give you to fulfill the 'non-land, non-creature' requirement is some good.)
