I've seen it and downloaded it, but it doesn't work. I heard it came out along with the prophecy patch in it too.

Dw is right it doesn't work, here's how to get it to work.
1. Download the invasion patch at E-League.org
2. Unzip as normal into the appropriate folders
3. The Cardinfo.dat file in the sets folder will not overwrite automatically, manually delete it and copy paste the new Cardinfo.dat(with the invasion zip file) into the folder where the original Cardinfo.dat file was located.
I had the exact same problem as you did Dw, but now it works fine.
