all islands produce colorless instead of their normal color.
All cards that produce Blue mana produce colorless instead.

I'd probably make it to "All Islands come into play tapped and may not untap - this overrides any 'untapping' effects later played" :p

It should only cost 1 because it needs to come out before it can be countered. ;)

Here's my take:

Sefro's Decree

Artifact
If any player taps a land for blue mana, they lose the game and must donate their collection to the first YuGiOh player they see.

If that's the case, you could make it a land but when entering play, gains the creature abilities :)

Hey now, there's a cool idea:

Creature Land

Sorta like artifact land, but its a free critter. :D

Once "Creature" is on there, it's subject to rules of both lands and creatures, i.e. summoning sickness. Just keep it "Land" and add the creature ability when it comes into play :)

Hmm, but that's just too EASY man!!! ;)

It'd be much more fun if everything were all complex and evil, like this:

Legendary Artifact Creature Enchantment Land--Bear Legend

Oh hell yes! Does it tap to attack? Can its legendary stuff be changed by Artificial Evolution? (no) Does it slice? Does it dice? Does it stink like a DBZ tape in your movie collection?

Oh man, I can see this card coming out real soon.

train puts his balls in your mouth, blue boy
Legendary Land
train puts his balls in your mouth, blue boy cannot be the target of spells or abilities
if train puts his balls in your mouth, blue boy is put into the graveyard, or removed from the game, imediately put it into play
when train puts his balls in your mouth, blue boy comes into play, target player with blue in his deck loses 19 life.
T: target player loses 1 life, and you gain 19.

hows that? LoL. it would seem like the ONLY way to get rid of blue.

Seems like a quite nicely balanced card that I would love to see in Rhinoseeker.
