Ideas for a fun Elder Dragon deck

I'm looking for ideas for a standard Elder Dragon deck (for fun). The Attendant's Don't seem to good at 5cc unless You can come up with a fast way to get them in play.

I'm thinking B/U control Discard/Counter
or W/U control Protection/Counter.

B/U- Dark Rituals would be good to get them in play,
also Vampiric Tutors to find them.

Dromar, the Banisher 3WUB
Crosis, the Purger 3UBR
Sulfur Vent T:B T,Sac Add UR
Ancient Spring T:U T,Sac Add WB

W/U- I don't know about this, maybe just stall until You have the Mana to cast them.

Treva, the Renewer 3GWU
Dromar, the Banisher 3WUB
Irrigation Ditch T:W T,Sac Add GU
Ancient Spring T:U T,Sac Add WB

Or maybe You prefer this
R/G
Darigaaz,The Igniter 3BRG
Rith, The Awakener 3RGW
Geothermal Crevice T:R T,Sac:BG
Tinder Farm T:G T,Sac:RW

Any ideas, I think the B/U looks like it would be the best of the three.

And here I thought finally someone broke the Aether Rift card. <laughs> A fun Dragon deck, Griffy? Type Casual it is!

First off, Belbe's Portal. It slides in seamlessly with any deck archetype (okay, maybe not 10 land green ;) ), so it's a must. Dropping Nicol Bolas and Rith the Awakener for a mere 3 mana is abusive. Plus there's the bonus of seeing the shock on your opponent's face when them big lizards start swarming out of the portal.

Captain Sisay is a nice search card, though a tad bit vulnerable. So that means the deck should be G/W. Green supplying the requisite mana acceleration and diversity, white supplying support and creature protection.

Finally, Kavu Lair. Draw cards like a fiend! :D

Happy Magicking! :)

I have a Rough idea for Æther Rift (in R/G), it involves Teferi's Puzzle Box. :) Can Ya see it? Probably not.
It probably only makes sense in My own scrambled mind.

3x Sisay
3x Croisus
4x Darigaaz
3x Rith
4x Bop
4x Belbe's portal
4x utopia tree
2x planar portal
3x Treva
3x Worldly tutor
2x Enlightened tutor
25 land of your choice.

Sisay brings the dragons, portal casts them, and 4 should be enough to win any game, but I love redundancy.

The old Urza's Factory from Antiquities might help, as it lets you tap it for 3 that can only be spent in the casting of artifacts. That might get the attendants out early enough for use.

Too bad its going for about $20 a copy. Maybe its not such a good idea, after all...

You could be really evil and make a Draco-Geddon deck. Quirion Elves and Birds, Belbe's Portal, Rith and his buddies, Sisay and of course, Armageddon. Thus, you only need 1 unopposed dragon in play to win. Also, the horror of dragons like Darigaaz magnifies when your opponent's hand is stuffed full of cards. ;)

Urza's Factory? That's a new card. :D Seriously, it's Mishra's Workshop you're referring to mister unpronounceable name... ;)

Teferi's Puzzlebox? Errr. I guess it could work, Griffy dahling. Sorta. :D

Whoa! Flash of insight! 3c beatdown, look, ma!

4 Fecundity
4 Sneak Attack
4 Haunted Crossroads
3 Sisay
3 Phyrexian alter
3 Croisus
2 Dromar
3 Darigaaz
2 Rith
2 Treva
2 Oath of druids
4 Wild growth
4 City of brass
4 Shivan oasis
4 Karplusan forests
4 Sulferous springs
4 Mountains
2 Forests
2 Swamps

Okay, the deck works on a synergy thing:

Sneak attack, dragon, crossroads, fecundity, alter.

How does it work? You sneak out a dragon, and, right when it's gonna die, you sac it to the alter for black. Draw a card, topdeck the dragon, and get ready to do it again. This is 1 mana for a 6/6 flyer, every turn. AND no card disadvantage. Sisay just completes the combo, because sneaking her out summons the dragon you want.

"Darigaaz, I choose you!"

I'm sorry, but Darigaaz looks like a big bad pokemon. So does Rith. They DO!
