A year is too long. I say it should be every six month because it won't loss it's meaning yet it will have enough frequency that it will be enjoyed by all. But it is up to Almindhra since she started it.

...6 months makes it very redundant, and...pointless. A year, however, could make a whole lot of difference...a heck of new members join and a lot more voters will be eligible...meaning that views will be more and more "serious" since a winner is elected by MORE people...meaning that he or she is probably THE [insert award name here].
I think a year is perfect...

Why would you need the Notables now? It would just kill the pleasure of winning a notable award when you get it if you put it on every few months. The CPA superstars gives everybody the "pleasure of winning" during the period of time the Notables aren't going on. I like to think of the comparison between the CPA superstars and the Notables like the Golden Globes and the Oscars. The globes cause anticipation for the Oscars. So, the superstars cuase anticipation for the Notables.
The superstars has been cheapened due to the fact that it happens every month. But, the Notables should be yearly. It gives us something to look forward to. I can't wait for the next Notables myself, mainly because I missed out on the first one.

Anyway, speaking of the notables...there's one thing that "bugged" me...I think that a person can't be voted more than once. It's stupid...like last year, what, 6 - 7 people won? I think it should be more "out there"...but whom am I to speak the least? It's up to Doe.

I don't see what's wrong with voting for a person more than once in a different category. Sometimes a person fits both. I don't wanna have to vote for a 5th choice person in a category because I already voted for my first four in others... then the category doesn't have the best representative...

The other ones I won, I didn't even know they'd fit me, so I was very neutral about them...
Except...there hasn't been any ladies joining so, my flirtability is been goin' down hill lately...plus, my all-time favorite Sex Kitten is not that active these days...she's busy...
