Well, there isn't a thing you can do about Treachery. That's probably why they gave that card that nasty name. Best you can do is off your own stolen creature, which is a 1-card advantage in his favor. Add that to the many more cards his draw theme has over you and you've got problems.
However, there is one way I can think of stopping the Morphling... and Masticores too. You could redesign the deck to run 4 Cursed Totems maindeck. It'll stop Rebels/Mercs and it will piss off Rising Waters players as a bonus. Other then that, it's nice to know that Urza's will be going bye-bye soon.
