yo, whats been goin' on kids? It's been a while. I've finally gotten a good amount of time to myself after a grueling two semesters. Reconnected with friends and family. Made a great, close-knit circle of companions. Experienced a good number of new games. Vs. System: Extremely well-designed ccg, though the production of cards does lack focus. Game of Thrones, a great game, made all the better if you're familiar with George R. R. Martin's spectacular song of ice and fire series. Though the aforementioned group of friends and I have since been playing a lot of magic. Mostly large casual multiplayer games...the kind we all know and love, and a lot of custom rules Chaos magic. I always do well with my well tuned Suicide Black deck, but I've noticed I've somewhat lost touch with whats been goin' on in magic since basically mirrodin. I played a few games up in the UMBC game room with those incoming freshmen and sophmores who aren't so "out of the loop" set wise. I played a friend's ninja deck, and greatly enjoyed it, so I've started to create my own, and thus get back in touch with my magic "roots". I left somewhat suddenly, but I had things that needed to be taken care of. Thus are the consequences of higher education, and the responsibilities of being an adult.

Regardless, I'm here, for a while at least and interesting in talking "shop". I see ninth editions coming out soon, and in my opinion it couldn't look more interesting.

It's a bit... slow here.

It's good to have you back. Tell some of those at your college about the site! It's great having a place to discuss Magic amongst yourself and a select other group of people; it was great when I was in Highschool, at least. College was too buisy for me to drop in-- I understand you not really knowing much about the latest sets. It was the same with me and Onslaught-Mirroden.

Hey, good to see you back. I was hoping you didn't just all out leave and leave the D&D game :)

Yeah, things are slow... par for the course. I still wanna stop by UMBC and check your group out... let me know when you meet.

Oh trust me Orgg i'm definetly one to shout the praises of the CPA.

The group at UMBC isn't as large as it used to be, there are still a handful that play every weekday between the hours of 11 and 4. It all depends on who has class at what time. This past semester I was usually found with a group of 4-6 people playing Naruto on the Video Game systems they have set up. As for the D&D game, I'd definetly enjoy swinging a longsword around. It'd be a nice little break from the warmage i'm playing in my friends campaign.

You serious Nightstalkers? Sorry about the flippant answer in the Corrupted Wishes thread (although that IS it's purpose...)

Anyway, sorry to hear that and hope you pull through okay.
