How to use Magic Suitcase decks

Can someone give me some direction on how to build Magic Suitcase decks? The built-in help it has is still unclear...

it works similiar to the inventory. You have your inventory or main database in the bottom window select the upper window choose file-new deck. use the arrow to move cards into the deck from your lower window. you can then run some diagnostics and even playtest it. pretty cool
