How come I can never reply to the

articles? I put in a username and email address, heck it even remembers what I typed last time...

I hit submit, no errors and it returns me to the page but my reply is never there...

Same thing happens to me. I figure they get reviewed or something, buecause I think they eventually make it.

Of course, I've never really checked...

They all get put in a "queue" to get reviewed because of a spate of immature people cursing a while back when replies were automatically attached to the article. I monitor it every day, so if you put something in after I leave work (roughly 3:30 PM-4 EST), it won't appear until the next day.

its a good idea, but very demanding especially around higher end sites.

But I'm confident that the Red/Blue spider salesman can take care of the articles, me, and random occurances in his life.

You're right, not many replies come through here but if we did get higher traffic, the other admins would undoubtably help out...
