My hotmail account got hacked into and they wiped out all my contacts and sent spam from my account to everyone in my contact list.

They sent a spam message with a website and email address.... which is very weird......

WEBSITE: <http://ww*w.buy*ing8.com>
MSN: <buy*ing8@hot*mail.com>
EMAIL: <buy*ing8@hot*mail.com>

The *'s are to keep the link dead.....
If you see this or anything like this... don't click on it, it's not from me....

Has anyone ever had this problem?

Yea, same thing here, all I did was send them an email wishing them a small range of diseases, and switched to gmail :)

This is the first time I have had any problems with hotmail... I have 2 gmail accounts, 4 lycos accounts, 1 myway account and this hotmail account.... (plus yahoo, and various other email accounts i have forgot)

The MSN email abuse group is supposed to be looking into this..... I did find that they have an ebay account and look like they are from Asia.......

I just wanted everyone to be aware that my email was hijacked and to be careful of anything sent from it.....

I'll change my email on this site........
