I don't seem to remember us hanging him in effigy after his tournament vs casual article... of course, that may have been before my time. Are we really that critical of his Not Being Wakefield?

I don't know about hanging in effigy, but he did get a lot of strongly worded disagreements with his article. I did a search (you can too!) on FORSYTHE and this had the most replies:

Methinks he's talking to me when he says that...

I flamed him to a crisp after his last article. (Which was dumb, don't do it.) He wrote back and very kindly countered each of my points, and never even bothered resorting to insults. It wasn't a perfect counter, we concluded that our disagreement was purely based off of differing points of view: If I lived as him and visa versa, we'd be on opposite sides of the argument.

But he didn't flame back; that's what impressed me the most. I was expecting flames, I got a level-headed and intelligent response.
