Well, the turkey turned out okay (I think) with some advice from friends and relatives... however, I tried to make pumpkin pie again this year and this time it didn't turn out too well. One was undercooked and one was overcooked. I guess I should have bought one "just in case" but I did pretty well last year with them... oh well
