Hello everybawwwwwdy!
I have a rare moment of internet availability (parked outside of a local hotel with open wi-fi on a pal's laptop) so I thought I'd pop in and say, "Hello everybawwwwwdy!" which I have, so let's move on.
You might have noticed that I've actually popped in a couple of times to drop a brief note. I do that from work, which I'm like, totally not supposed to do, but seeing as how I'm generally awesome I can get away with it once in aawhile once my work is over. The world's best package delivery company is a nice place to work.
I probably won't be online regularly until the winter. I'm moving at the end of July from the apartment I have now, where I pay way too much for rent, to a little rathole in the city, where I will pay much less rent. After that, I'll resolve a very minor health issue, buy a new (well, not "new") car, build a computer, and start playing Magic again in time for the new block this fall. Not necessarily in that order.
Good to see the place is still running.
Been playing a lot of D&D lately. I run a character at RPGA games who is a Barbarian 2/Sorcerer 2 in preparation to take the Rage Mage prestige class. I'm also building a campaign world of my own (oh, free time, what bliss) that uses heavily modified D&D rules. There are 22 playable races developed (I like options!) and the campaign starts everyone off at 3rd level, both because it's going to be tough, and to allow the characters to make use of races with extra hit dice or level adjustments. I hope to have it ready to play by autumn.
In other news... well there is no other news, becuase the battery on this laptop's about to croak. I'll try to check in again later.
