I think enchantments are going to be the number one early game stabilizer out there, as Wave, Tide, Dueling Grounds, Burst, etc all swing the game dramaticly. With Kavu Chameleon, Collapsing Borders, Blurred Mongoose, and other goodies available to SB, mono-Blue and Black will have a hard time against this type of deck. Quirion Sentinel is excellent in the type of deck, and the Nomadic elves ability is useful enough to include them. Thoughts?

Aargh, new cards...must...find...spoiler list...nngh!

Got one!

Umm, are you sure you mean Aura Mutation - thats the W/G enchantment killer? That seems pretty random as it`s your only white stuff and enchantments seem likely to be in short supply in the new T-II (apart from the usual suspects which you name - Waters, Wave, Tide, Burst). SB fodder, surely?

And are your 2cc monsters better than the options. You might well find yourself with nothing to use the Quirion Sentinel`s mana on as there is little for 1cc. And the Nomadic Elf seems largely arbitrary in a dual-colour deck with no real mana complications.
I`m sure River Boa, Yavimaya Barbarian, and the Vintara Snapper are better options, and you also have the Titan at 2cc, but I don`t see a compelling argument for having all this 2cc stuff in place of better 3cc cards anyway. You are unlikely to be able to build a deck fast enough to make the temporal advantage matter.

And what does Karplusan Forest do?

Did Gizmo just ask what Karplusan Forest, the red/green painland, does. *Ransac takes out a small handgun and shoots himself in the head*

Damn, Damn, Damn! Sorry, I was mixing deck lists with the w/g deck that looks to be a powerhouse as well. Here's what I meant for R/G:

4 Seal of Fire
4 Urza's Rage
4 Skizzix
3 Assualt/Battery
4 Llanowar Elves
4 Quirion Sentinal
4 Nomadic Elves
4 Blastoderm
3 Kavu Titan
3 Reverent Silence
4 Karpulsian Forest
10 Forest
9 Mountian

While the W/G deck is here

4 Llanowar Elves
4 Llanowar Knight
3 Kavu Titan
4 Noble Panther
4 Charging Troll
4 Armadillo Cloak
3 Disenchant
1 Seal of Cleansing
3 Enlightened Tutor
1 Sterling Grove
4 Parallax Wave
1 Saproling Burst
3 Armageddon
4 Brushland
6 Plains
12 Forest

And I still need to cut one card. Armadillo Cloack might work better in a rebel-up-to-Gliders construct, but a 4/4 problack trampler w/spirit Link on turn 3 can be enough in itself. Watch out for Dominate, however.

How about utopia tree and Overabundance (1GR, enchantment, mana flare+1 damage for every land tapped for mana)
and replace the reverent silences with Calming verses.

Oh, and treetop bracer for blastoderm!
What's that?
Oh, never mind.
