Anyway, I think TICM is reading too much into the space between the lines. One could also surmise that various non-Juzam Djinns and Effreeti would be reprinted (but not accidentally bearing Ihf-Bihf's picture) along with every Dual Land except those which count as Islands, and non-Bertrand Lestree Pro Tour players (presuming Lestree doesn't win an Invitational any time soon).
Here's a quote:
So was it the Erhnam or the Armageddon which made Erhnageddon work? Would they even work in modern day Magic? We’ve got Erhnam around for the next two years, so at least half of that puzzle has the potential solution.
This really could go either way, I guess.
Anyhow, I understand why people would want Armageddon to come back -- heck, I always liked Armageddon myself, and would gladly abuse it if it did in fact return -- but I maintain that it would be bad for the environnment. Decks will be forced to become faster (it would certainly give white weenie decks as nice boost though) causing decks with late-game plans to be loaded with counters (or Sacred Ground) to hope to survive that long.
So I think that Armageddon won't be reprinted (yet). I doubt they'd consider returning it in the same set that they kiled the Elves. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if Wrath of God got the axe.
On the other hand, R&D has shown an eagerness to shake up the enivronment, so by this point I guess nothing would surprise me.
