heres a crack @ a deck ive always wanted to make and if it seems decent i might actually do it, its 2:00 in the morn and im bored >.<

4 Yavimaya Coast
6 Forest

1 Sol Ring
4 Birds of Paradise
4 of the common birds w/o flying in kamigawa

Wizards - 16
4 Riptide Director
4 Voidmage Prodigy
2 Arcanis, the omnipotent
2 Ertai, Wizard Adept
4 Temporal Adept

Spells - 12
4 Counterspell
4 Brainstorm
4 Miscalculation

I guess if you somehow get Arcanis out, then this thing has the potential to win. But without him, I don't see it happening...

this is a 1v1 deck and assuming board is clear all wizards turn into beat sticks

the 3u is gonna be very hard to cast arcanis, just a deck idea i had floating in my head nothing special or refined -.-

mana acceleration should let me get advantage on oppenent and deny them **** then adept/ertai/voidmage hit table for a soft lock

It has potential I suppose...

The only suggestions I can think of would be ones that steer the deck in the direction of the Ertai/Arcane Lab hard lockdown deck...

hmmm lemme see what arcane lab does, wow... thats nasty nice d00d hmmm... i really dont know if the cost of this deck is gonna be worth making it has the cost of a low tier type 1 deck w/o power lol and my t1 deck took me more then a year to make and it stills not done lol need 6 cards still -.-

standstill is naugthy card advantage....I dont see Arcanis being that hard to cast.

21+ mana sources that produce blue 12 of these also produce green.

The mana pool is certainly a good start for this deck.

The creature choice looks pretty ok too!

i scrapped this deck because of the cost/strength ratio of the deck was way to ****ty, anyawys im working on a different deck ill post up right now

I think the build had promise - but would be better if non-blue...

If you had to keep Blue - mystic snakes might have been good choices...
