What, no Stifle? :p

I love the idea of the extra "Sac" effects during their upkeep, very very sneaky.

Don't know if you need Tinker, you really only want pull Smokestack but you've only got 4 'sac' targets for it (8 counting the factories). Maybe some artifact lands to up your count.

A strong way to back up your sac-combo is some kind of Arcane-Lab/Forbid-ish lock. But it is mana intensive, as well as resource intensive.

Mikey and whoever else is paying attention..

I'm thinking about trying to make some room for 4 duress..watcha think?

Also I've come up with MUCH better options then Rule of Law and Zur's Weirding.

Parallax Wave and it's cousin Parallax Tide...Definitely force a nasty sac'ing situation for my opponents.

Also land was a tad shaky, now it looks like..

4 Polluted Delta
4 Underground Sea
4 Scrubland
4 Tundra
4 Mishra's Factory
2 Swamp
1 Island
1 Plains

Tinker has proven handy fetching a badly needed Smokestack or Eater.

Also pondering adding a 3rd stack..

Duh, I forgot the Eaters themselves are artifacts.

Duress are always good, but I'm thinking they might be better as straight counters. Not sure, but you are casting lots of instants anyway, so you'll often have that counter-threat of untapped lands at your disposal.

Something else to consider is a Moat or Moat variant (Propaganda, No Mercy) in enchantment form, just in case multiple opponents get an army it gives you an alternative defensive measure to say "attack at your own risk". Plus they provide good defense over the multiple attack steps your opponent(s) will receive.

Parallax would be quite strong with the sac effects. Only if you could recur them often....hmm

Yawgmoth's Will needs to be in here, as you've got a lot of good cheap spells (and will be sending your own stuff to the 'yard).

I think a 3rd stack couldn't hurt. It appears vital to the deck.

I would add a third stax. Also, I don't think you need any of the 5 enchantments you got listed. So there! That's room for a third stack and 4 duresses. Duresses would be excellent here too.

If you're confortable with the double blue in the cost, Parallax Tide would be some tech. Not sure what to cut for it though. I wouldn't mess with Parallax Wave.

I like the Chronatog tech, but you might only need to run one copy, since it'll be a conditional thing and you have tutors to go get that one copy if you need it. Chronatog can bury them, but he won't be necessary in many match-ups. A third Meditate might be a good idea to put in this slot.

As said above, a few artifact lands might help make the tinker more reliable. You could do worse than Fabricate, while you're at it.

You might not need the Rectors. They're some good, but this deck doesn't run on broken enchantments. Four seems a bit much.

Also, Dark Rits may or may not be necessary. You'll have to figure that one out with playtesting.

Alright guys here's a cleaned up version. Boosted the power level and cleaned up the land count as well.

Haven't tested it yet but a Stack backed by Parallax Tide could be absolutely devestating...especially with little juice from Eater, Chronotog or Meditate.

Academy Rector is just too sweat here. Stack, Braids, The Abyss all are great ways of sacking the rector...also who cares about double blue in casting cost when I can Rector it into play..However I agree with Rooser and think 4 is a little too much.

I've still got 4 cards open. I have one Moat which I could add here...more Rector target..also a beautiful CYA card. I'm iffiy on the Wave..eeh I'll have to see.

Your both right, needed another Stacks. Thanks for the suggestion of Yawg's Will..fits like a glove.

Anything else needs to be here? I'm thinking 4 Force of Will...

FoW's are going to be tough, as you'd have only 8 other blue cards in the deck to pitch to it.

Maybe regular old Counterspell? You've got a decent blue base with the Fetch-land help. Arcane Denial is another consideration, though I don't know how you feel about giving your opponent more cards when you're already losing turns.

A fun card that could work in here - especially with Tinker - is one of my favorites: Mind's Eye. With one out, you can continue to draw cards on your opponent's extra turns. Plus its an absolutely bitching MP card anyway. It is a little mana intensive, but usually you'll find it's worth the mana.

Forget Duress and Hymn to Tourach... the more destruction of the hand - the better...;)

or use the flashbacking discarder...;)

You need "shoe."

Add one Greaves, it would let you attack, right?

:)
