Looks pretty good but it might be a little bit too powerful.

When you consider Hurloon Minitaur is a 2/3 for 3 mana (2 colored) straight up, I don't think this one will be accepted as is either. Even if it is gold, it's too good; at least it's more interesting than Wrath.

Another example: Ophidian is a 1/3 for the same cost that doesn't deal damage when it draws you the card. It also doesn't fear and can be targeted.

And I wish the egomaniac would get his name out of the stupid card!

Fearfully undercosted. I'd pay 4 mana for this guy any day. Maybe it would be more fair at 2UB?

I'd definitely play this card. 3-4 copies in fact. They might as well call it: Morph Magpie. I like it. If they keep it as is, it would have to be a legend. It would certainly be as good as Lin Sivvi.
