I've used StarCityGames in the past to purchase a booster box of magic cards. Anyone else have a reliable source for magic card purchases? I may buy a BoK box and would like some recommendations. Thanks.

I haven't bought anything off the internet if there was a place locally that has it. I support my local community business' as much as I can. With THAT said, I would do the whole "Google" search thing and shop and compare.
Fortunately, there's a local card shop that has everything I would ever need and if they didn't have they would let me know when they did.

I'm all eBay, all the time. I'm so eBay, that if they had a theme song I would workout to it.
I also Googled to price compare for a box of CHK and though I used to buy from Card Kingdom in the past, this time I bought from Hill's Wholesale Gaming and was happy with them... arrived promptly and everything.

Between www.dacardworld.com or Ebay I can get everything I want for acceptable prices. If you’re purchasing Magic cards do your homework first and find the median vendor price on cards before going to Ebay. People sometimes will pay higher then retail price...kinda stupid.

I shop locally (planning on getting a Fat Pack and a precon or two tomorrow from a local dealer.) When I've ordered online its only been through SCG. Though, forget going with them now. I was all for supporting them with buying their overpriced junk (though I bought booster boxes) but no more. The final time, it took them a month before they even *sent* the product...yeah. So I got it like 1.5-2 months later. It ticked me off. Now, they're doing the premium shtick, so they can kiss any more sympathy money goodbye. Freaks.

Hey, SCG's not all bad. I got my Ravagers from them when Darksteel came out for $2 ea. Man, do I wish I bought them all.

Fine and dandy, but I bet you coulda gotten a lot of super cards cheap anywhere before they got sucked into the hype machine.

Personally, I just go to ebay or www.findmagiccards.com and find a good price there from someone with a half decent site and a half decent rating.

I usually go to eBay especially for boxes. I remeber what a GREAT deal I was getting when I traded my Ravagers for Duals...wait, I still think I got a GREAT deal
