Fast Effect "contest"/captions

Let's see how this goes, I wanna try it out.

Below is the attached template for a Fast Effect containing the characters "Squirrel" and "Blue Jr." (now you know why I never really say their names in the comics).

If you want to have some fun trying out making a comic via dialogue, come up with dialogue/captions/lines for each panel, then post them up, either typed out or put into the image if you're feeling in a graphics kind of mood.

Not really a contest, but if anything really cool comes out of this I guess I could put your text and the template together into a Fast Effect strip credited to you.

BJ- Umm....Ya know now that I think about it,Yeah I'm uhh...well I'm collecting merfolk now anyway.

SQ: If you don't hand 'em over, I'll take 'em from you in taxes!

BJ- Huh? Would that make you a Nut Collector?
SQ: This round goes to you.

Yup. Quick to read...much longer to write. Especially when the lines are long and need toggling to fit in the panels.

Cool dialogues, sageridder and theorgg. Very great to see folks are interested in making funny dialogue!

BJ- No!! No Way!! Just startled an acorn-brain like you was loose on the streets!!!.
S - That's it!!! I'm going to pound your Walnuts until they crack!!!

BJ- Whoa! Hold on! What if I give you an Elvish Ranger, female version?!!!
S - Do I look like I enjoy putting holes in cardboard for physical pleasure?!!!
BJ- Okay, What about the Quirion Druid?!!
S - Go Team!!! She's my cheerleader anyday!!!

Holy crap, train! You need to start writing some comics! That was by far a funny as hell dialogue. Mind if I take that text and use it in the comic strip?

SQ: That's not true! I'll have you know that I enjoy boxing on a regular basis.

BJ: No way.
SQ: Way.
BJ: Prove it. Fight one of my friends in the ring.
SQ: You're on! What's his name?

BJ: He goes my the name "Theorgg"!
SQ: Did I also mention that I enjoy cheerleading on a regular basis?

Hey SeFRo, thanks for the compliment!!! I will now waive all legal rights in order for SeFRo to use my dialogue in any way he pleases... except for personal pleasing... that's just wrong!!! Just kidding!!..

Use it if you like...

And as for writing comics... I usually do well when a picture is provided for me... that's when I'm most creative...

Sac-man: it won't work. I've already tried to bully him into putting an Orgg, or at least the sholders and elbows of the big arm and small front claws in the comic...

He wouldn't bite...


Orgg: Hey ittle squirrly!
SQ- Stay away from me.

Orgg: You smally.
SQ- This glove is for +2/+2!

Orgg: *runs away, not in the picture anymore, as would be the usual, mabe with a dust-clowd at the bottom of the frame.
SQ- Whew! I'll say this: He smelly!

If you like it enough, I'm always up for combining on a comic, as I did with Linneman in making the 2-Man Draft comics. He did the text and I did the art. Both collaborated over concepts.

Worlds is coming up - in Germany - great topic for spoofs... Something like Hitler emerging at the competition and winning... nervermind... I'll think of other stuff and let you know...
