I think this card is amazing.. simply because of the ability to reuse it... to panic to get your counterspell..
eventhough it's weaker than impulse, ransack, second sight, and even portent..

Just not sure of the Mirror mechanic as a whole so I'll say it looks okay for now.

I'm not sure, but can you go deeper than 4 cards down into your deck?

If not why is it mirrorable?

because you can rearrange the top 4, but you have to draw or wait turns to get any sort of good shuffling..

doing it 3 times wont really do anything... i could probably push it to 5... since it doesnt do anything else.. you dont get a card from it, you dont draw...
