I like how theres a little mystery involved.. but it could potentially be lame..
kinda like a haunted house..

Nice! I think I'd like it better if the second ability wasn't for all players and would require tapping the land.. Perhaps you could flip a coin to decide who (you or your opponent) gets to rearrange the top of your library.

yeah i always thought the pay 1, T, add UB was lame..
but sacing a land is fine, especially since its not untapped..

hmm.. giving it a tap might make it more balanced, but i'd probably want to reduce the cost to 1 or even zero.
hehe a zero tap land... thats just strange..

um, ill pay 0, and tap it...

yeah i love the art.. i actually was gonna make a card like this before but my "haunted house" pic was kinda cheesy.. this is just bad ass!
