i think its a fun little card.. and has the potential to do practically nothing..
or hurt you a ton.. so i think the cc is right..

hehe.. yeah i guess i could say that players remove them from sleeves..

not really....just make sure you define, as the Chaos orb did, that each card is flipped individually and that each has to make a full revolution before landing...dont know if anyone can weight a card sleeve to acomplish that...

I thought generally, if its a global effect, it should cost at least 4 (from reading some WOTC design article). So under that basis, I think it should be 3W or something :)
