Exodus or Stronghold?

I'm not starting a poll or anything... honest.. least not intentionally ;)

Here's the thing. I'm looking to buy boosters or at least more of either Exodus or Stronghold cards (Tempest... tooo expensive :() I've gotten boosters and cards from pretty much all the other affordable sets. Liking Visions and the Mirage cards :)

So, any help on which one I should get, Exodus or Stronghold and why? It's not a strictly either-or, but if I had to choose budget wise I'd like to get opinions of which set had "better" good card ratio.

It seems to me that Exodus has more powerful rares but that Stronghold has an advantage in uncommons and commons. I know that I hardly ever use Exodus cards outside of the rares and forbid. However, Survival of the Fittest, Recurring Nightmare, Oath of Druids, Oath of Ghouls are hard to pass up for me. Exodus is an incredibly bad set for red, it has almost nothing good.

i love exodus, maybe because the first booster i bought of it i pulled out mirri, but anyway i agree that good card ratio would have to go to stronghold

Depends.

If you want high-value cards, you're better off with Exodus.

If you want good commons/uncommons, you're better off with Stronghold. (All hail Hesitation!)

I also agree that stronghold will give you more for your money. There are many great uncommons in there, the best slivers and spikes, cool walls, megrim etc....

PLus as a huge bonus you might pull a mox diamond.

Exodus has some GREAT cards, but very few and all rares, so buying only two packs I strongly recommend stronghold.
