The questions Griffy posed are ones that I ask myself daily, and I always come up with the same answers:

Why am I here?
To help those around me.

What's my purpose in life?
To lead my species to freedom and prosperity.

What is the meaning of life?
To overcome its challenge to us.

I feel a destiny around me, and it's that feeling that always keeps me going. I'm too stubborn to let myself get down, because I know to many people depend on me. I help everyone I can with their problems, and it seems that my air of indomitable confidence lends resolve to those around me.

I can never break, it's simply not in me to do so.

damn chaos, that's nuts fool. i've almost had one of those episodes. they really suck. when i get that far into that, i start to relax, i crack some glostix, and start dancing. then i crank up music, lite some candles, and chill. but everyone is different. if i had a gun, i would've killed lots of people when i had those episodes. i would go NUTS. this kinda stuff affects many people. and unfortunately parents, friends, and strangers dont appreciate what they have. Having this "problem", really hurts when it gets really mentally deep. It starts to hurt your heart, and your thots. well, i'm sorry, but i can't concentrate right now.

I hope you meant that in a nice way. I certainly didn't want to "lose my sh*t," as they say. :(

Anyway, that was a decade ago. I'm much better now. :)

Set aside five minutes every day to sit in one place, close your eyes, and simply breathe.

...set aside about 10-20 mintues for yourself each day...and make it truthfully for YOURSELF. I started doin' that a long time ago, and it gets better and better. First I thought I was crazy, trying to confront myself...I lied to myself about many things...but over time, I learned to be honest with myself, to actually SEE what I've done and why I've done it and ADMIT that I was wrong or right. It takes practice to be honest with yourself, but if you can do it, you have NO idea what you'll be accomplishing. Believe it or not, you'll get to know yourself better this way...and to be honest, knowing yourself may not be that great, I mean, I found very, VERY bad things about myself...things that I didn't know of...but hey, with great things, there is bound to come the worst.

Not only that, but you'll learn to accept yourself for who you are...you'll learn to ignore or deal with people's ignorant point of views about you...

...you'll learn a lot...

...and you'll soon find out that you'll NEVER love anybody else, if you don't even love your own self.

Peace.
