endless(nearly) decking combo

Has anyone else noticed this combo yet? grinding station+salvaging station+welding jar or other cog. its nearly endless because its dependent on your opponent having enough creatures to trigger salvaging's untap, although you can sac a artifact creature to grinding or a coloured one to some other means if the opponents 3 cards don't meet ends. im trying this in my non ravager affinity deck and the only problem I forsee is having enough mana for salvaging station.
Also, has anyone noticed that borders on fifth dawn artifacts are a bit darker than the ones on mirrodin and darksteel? Maybe wizards decided to make them stand out better or something:)

I saw that when it was out... But don't you only need the two stations to make it work?

Tap the first station to get a token, sac it to activate the second, thusly untapping the first. You then tap the first station to put out another token, untapping the second station... etc, etc, etc...

Or does it not count when the tokens to come into play?

The artifacts are darker - they said they didn't have time to do this in darksteel or Mirrodin...

Sacrifice an artifact: Target player puts the top three cards of his or her library into his or her graveyard. Whenever an artifact comes into play, you may untap Grinding Station.

Return target noncreature artifact card with converted mana cost 1 or less from your graveyard to play. Whenever a creature is put into a graveyard from play, you may untap Salvaging Station.

Are you using memory jar just to fill the gy?...

It doesn't cycle if you were heading that direction...

what i hope for is a creature in the three cards milled. if there isn't one i sac an artifact creature to grinding station.

Salvaging Station gets NON-CREATURE artifacts.

If you want a Welding Jar combo, try Salvaging, Blasting, and Summoning Station. Use Welding Jar to regenerate something, Salvage it, get a Pincer, use the Pincer to blast, and then so on.

The stations are ment to trigger one another, and if you get all four in play you win if you have a 'cog,' or artifact costing less than two.

Good idea there orgg...

(Having but only 4 packs of Fifth dawn limits my playing with the set...)
