I`m happy writing quite a bit about most of these decks, I don`t intend on producing 110 pieces to the length of a 'primer' but rather more to the tune of 400-500 words each, some more some less. A few of the decks however, in particular the much older ones or extended decks, I don`t feel very able to write about and so I would welcome input - either write a history yourself or give me a brief rundown so I can get some spiel ready, decklists would also be appreciated if you can dig one up.
In particular I am less well informed about:

Iron Phoenix
Sexy Rector (NOT the Pattern/Rector deck, this was UW)
T-Pot (Turbo Peace Talks)

To avoid clogging up the Boards with a bunch of little notes, from now on I would like to direct all traffic about the Encyclopdia Dominia to a new mail address I just established: encyclopedia_dominia@hotmail.com
In the future I will probably need some help with things like tracking down/reconstructing decklists and also in dating the periods in which decks were played more accurately. The future for the project is currently uncertain, I want to get it at least partially completed before I begin to look to see what I should do with it. It will be a lot easier to create the structure once Ive made the blocks with which to build.
