The thing with Poacher is I cant really remember any Elves with good tricks to search out. Seahunter is actually very strong at the moment because of Merfolk Looter, Rootwater Thief, and Jolting Merfolk, but Poacher has no Deranged Hermit guys to find, just a bunch of Grizzly Bears.

Come Apocalypse, it'll be neat to search out a 2/2 flying merfolk/elf with the Poacher.

My Elf deck has Power Matrix in it, best way to get the beats in against decks not carrying Forests. Also use Caller of the Hunt, I've had this in as a 5/5 on turn 3, followed by P Matrix next turn. I only use one Caller, but 3 or four Matrix (forgot if I've got hold of four yet.).
