First of all here is the decklist:

Lands:
7 Island
5 Forest
2 Plains
4 Adarkar Wastes
4 Brushland
1 Dust Bowl
1 Kor Haven

This deck just isen't good enough.
It have a good chance vs control.
Wins vs R/B
But have problems vs Fires
I haven't played it againts counter-rebels or rebels yet.
So all comments are welcome.
So if you look at this tread you'l have to comment. I don't care if you doesen't have any good advice any advice is just as fine.

Why no Avatar of Might in a Pheldagrif deck ???

I would put up 3x Avatar of Might... If you pump the Hippo 4 times lo and behold Avatar Costs you GG mana to play... or even less... just get to the 4 creature limit that makes you play Avatar with GG... combo ?

I've got a different one, focusing more on Blue and Green spells, relying on Global Ruin and Collective Restraint for creature control:

By the time he came ashore, he wasn't enough to turn the tide even with all the big fish that he caught.

But he's real fun to cast -- always a mutter of surprise from the opponent "Avatar!".
