Judging by your deck's theme, you shouldn't be playing Black Vise. I'd go with Brass Man. Nice cheap creature.

You've got a lot of force discard spells, why not the dreaded Megrim? You're low on actual damage spells. It will have more impact than the Rack.

I would put at least 1 big flyer/evasion creature in here too. Morphling, Mahamoti, Sengir or something to that effect.

Otherwise the deck looks pretty solid.

If discard supported by blue is your plan, consider some of the newer cards, such as Ravenous Rats, Recoil, and the fun Doomsday Spectre. Undermine might be considered, as well as the reprinted Lobotomy.

Disrupting Sceptre might be considered as well.

These options will likely change the tempo of your deck (which may or may not be important, depending on your opponents' decks). Besides, the ability to look at your opponent's hand and choose which card s/he discards with the Doomsday Spectre is FUN!
