I'll admit it, I'm borderline burnt out. This stupid "real world" responsibilities thing keeps on getting in the way. So with that said I'm taking the easy route, and building the deck WoTC wants me to build. Matter of fact, I'm building the deck WoTC wants me to build with the creatures I absolutely despise. I hate elves, every elf ever imagined, I hate it. Doesn't matter if they're D&D elves, Middle Earth Elves, Warhammer 40K Elves but called "Eldar" elves, I hate'em! Orcs baby, brute strength is where it's at! But when you’re tired and feebly scraping the bottom of the barrel you'll take what you can get.

Way back when the world was young, some guy, don't know who posted their elf deck. I suggested using Hurricane as a secondary kill.. Get the quick beats with the pointy ears and burn'em out! Well I decided to take my own advice.

I present you cheap cards in droves of four. The only design basis was:

A: Find degenerate Elf
B Add 4 of said degenerate Elf
C: Combine with 4 degenerate Skullclamps
F: Factor in mass removal

Walla, I present you Elvish Burn.

Id have to agree with you on the elves. I dont really care for them. The seem really fem. Bunch of girly men. Barbarians now thats a tribe...if you ever could get them to work together.

They might be too slow for your deck, but Skyshroud Poacher can allow you to do slightly more toolbox-esque with your creature counts (Deranged Hermit, Viridian Zealot, Shamans, lots o stuff).

Plus you can Poach out Sylvan Messangers, which is fun. Poaching out Taunting Elf is my favorite though.

Hmm, any elves that give trample or forestwalk to everything?

Crop Rotation, essential to any deck with a Cradle in it.

Mikey, if you would, please build the deck in apprentice or something and give it a dry run or two, I’d appreciate it. It plays very similar to a combo deck. I've got some room to play by taking out Viridian Shamans and replacing them with something else. It’s close to uber degenerate…just not there yet. Power?

BTW Completed my P9 :D

Even got 4 Illusionary Masks and 4 Gauntlets of Might…I’ve been a busy bug during your absence.

After your flashlight in the face "Boy you ben pay'n tention to that there restricted list" post I'm definitely going to be adding more cradles.

Sa-rite, 1 Crop Rotation in.

The Hurricane kill works actually quite well.

I don't have Apprentice, but here's a decklist for ya'. Honestly I'm still not sold on the Poachers in here b/c of your blazing Skullclamp speed, I feel like they could possible get in each other's way. That said, I almost think that fairly often you'll have way too much mana and nothing to pay for.

Also, I don't know if you want some more of the broken T1 stuff. I put an Emerald in here, but Black Lotus and Regrowth are available as well.

Thanks, fortunately I started grabbing up moxes a couple years ago...then I sat there and watched Ancestral Recall and Black Lotus prices sky rocket...which just happened to be the two last cards I needed :(

It's a great not having to go on EBay everyday, and hunt down acceptable prices from a reputable seller.

Naa, just brag about how I've got power and then throw then in s%*+y decks.

Updated my deck with some of your suggestions:

Added in another Gaea's Cradle for Rotating cheesy goodness.

Replaced Shamans for Zealots.

I like Sylvan Messengers but they're a little expensive. Eeeh.

Tried the poacher, he's too slow. Once I start going crazy I need lots of cheap Elves to fuel Priest of Titania and Hivemaster.

If your into doing the dirty on your opponent build this thing. It's broke. Very resistant to spot removal and can go from having 5 Elves and 3 insect tokens, to dropping nearly 2/3s of the deck on the table and having 20 insect tokens in 1 round...followed by gaining 40+ points of life with wellwisher and casting a 20 point hurricane....very nice.
