Where did you find that the stingray was twelve feet across?

I could find information on th particular type of sting ray on wikipedia, but others of the same genus don't get longer than 2 meters = 7 feet..

And that seems to match the photo (which could still be a fake of course)

You're supposedly a watch repairman.

Those were from a tabloid; I saw it in the store, and it looked fishy due to the size of the stingray-- I checked the article, and it said in small print they were reproductions based on a digital artist's interpretation.
