CPA

When are some times where there is a lot of CPA activity, when people are usually on at the same time. Only 60% of the time have more than 5 people been on. So please answer my question all you veteran and founders.

That's when you'll find the most activity. Weekends are usually a little slow, probably because most of our members do other things too, and, of course, need to make time to actually play Magic!

OTOH, there's usually someone on the boards 24 hours a day, since we've a wide variety of players from all walks of life. So what we lack in heavy traffic times we more or less make up in coverage.

TomB: I've seen you on at 7 am on a Sunday morning, probably while your wife and kids are still sleeping and it's just you, a screen and a hot cup of java. Am I right?

Well, back in the summer vacation (which just ended), I used to come here often; believe me, you could ask Almindhra! I used to leave my name 'logged' since I often come back to the CPA after an hour after leaving. Now, with school, and more physical activities going on, the only time I could be on the CPA is during the weekends. I might be able to check the site on weekdays, but only for 15-20 minutes, which isn't enough!

I can't wait until I'm out of this hella-wasta-time they call "high school"! I want to be free! Free dang it! Free!

How do you put up with it YellowJacket!

Duke, you're still on here all the time...I don't know what you're talking about...Theres still a ton of posts on here from you...And, Yellowjacket teaches...Just want to make sure you got that...

And, I check the boards everynight...But college does put a time limit on my 'net time...And I have another website to go to and post things...

I used to be on the site contstantly (and The Dojo's back in days of olde) because I had a job that had many breaks in the action and I had constant internet access at home and work. Last December I got married and I started a new job in April that didn't have as much time to actually check out the boards that often. Unfortunately, sometimes life can get in the way of Magic...it happens.

I am constantly on he site but when school starts on the sixth i won't be on that much. The Heaviest hours i've seen are 1 and 3 o'clock in the mourning, there is usually 7-13 people in here at the time.

I've seen 10-13 people on around lunch time, 12-1 EST. I'm also at work where I can check the site about every hour and can see how many people get on.

Yellowjacket: I think TomB works the graveyard shift and gets on afterward before getting into bed. I see him too around 7 AM.

DUke: Trust me, you're not free after high school. Witness Ferret's situation...

You're right, Spiderman. Whenever you see me at 7:00am it's usually that I haven't been to bed yet, even on a Sunday morning. You've got the java part right though, Yellowjacket, though in the summer I've been known to switch over to iced tea.

I hope that doesn't ruin the illusion for ya'!
