CPA Needed For Joint Venture

Our org wishes to acquire an income tax prep business in NYC. Is is a substantial practice with an asking price of 1.2MM. We have a financier who will finance 100% of the price for a CPA.
Seller will guarantee minimum gross fees of 1mm for next tax season. Net cash flow in excess of 50%.

We wish to joint venture and acquire the practice with a willing CPA. We have the necessary expertise to run the practice (Tax practitioner since 1978). Fees earned above expenses benefit Sickle Cell Anemia & Charity, Inc (visit www.scaaci.org).

Can supply business summary follwoing execution of NDNC agreement.
