Response for the April 1st. extended environment:
Without Survival in the mix this deck can still Survive (get it?
). I don't have an actual "Net Deck" list but here are some things I'm considering for mine:
"Counter-Sliver" (non-net/pro)
4x Crystalline Sliver
4x Muscle Sliver
3x Winged Sliver
2x Victual Sliver
2x Hibernation Sliver
1x Talon Sliver
4x Force of Will
4x Counterspell
2x Mana Leak
4x Birds of Paradise
4x Wall of Roots
4x Land Grant
3x Swords to Plowshares
2x Disenchant
1x Worship
4x Tropical Island
3x Savannah
4x Wasteland
5x Island
I know I need some search material like Impulse or Brainstorm but I don't know what to take out.

Mix Slivers and countermagic with a Queen and Some Ashnods Alter and that artifact that makes abilities cost one less to play and BOOM! You got a killer casual deck.
