This sucker is based on those flaling creatures.
1: This creature gets +1+1 or -1-1. Any player can play this

WEll I think these cards are underated. I made a deck that uses a wildfire like base (mana wise) to power these guys.

I think it would probably be too slow in creating a mana base that allows you to cast the flailers and protect them the same turn. You basically have to double their casting costs, because you're gonna have to protect them right away. If they have mana open on your turn, they can tap you out and then untap and kill them. I might consider adding Tectonic Breaks to wipe out their mana so that you can afford to tap out when you attack or to cast something else.

WEll the point was to cast at least a key and a monolith (Or dynamo) fast with the depelition lands. Then cast a flailing witha rancor. The breaks are a good idea however, What should I take out?

Uh, I probably forgot to make this clear, but the decks do not have to be Type 2, just interesting. I think maybe a Sol Ring will help you out here. Also, a Tectonic Break would do wonders.
