naff: British slang, describes something that is stupid, lame or unpalatable.
It's a wierd one though - it's something which is rubbish but at the same time rubbish in a friendly or harmless way that it's not worth getting actually upset enough to use sterner/abusive words for. Like an affectionate way of saying it's crap.
