3UW: Draw two cards, then put two cards of your choice on the bottom of your library. Return target creature to its owner's hand.

Hmmmm...

Harpy is reusable only if you pay 1 life. Where's man 'o war when you need it? It's good (I built that deck) but not great.

You don't have to pay 1 life to reuse Harpy. Just have it return itself to your hand, just like the Loon does.

The Harpy is especially good because, if there's some 187 creature you want to re-use but you played it before Equilibrium, just return the 187 creature, then pay your 1 life and get BOTH creatures back.

Right. It`s SO good.
Not quite as good as 'U1: Return target creature to it`s owners hand', which was playable when Shrieking Drake was around, but still good. Oh, wait. No it`s still a really bad combo, only now it restricts you to playing a UB deck.
Are you sure you`re a constructed player?
