This was a card I have been thinking of for some time... I know it is borken but...
Cleansing Aura

Enchantment
Counter all spells that have mana costs equal to the number of cards in your hand.
Sacrifice Cleansing Aura: Destory target artifcat or enchantment.
W, Sacrifice Cleansing Aura: Remove traget creature form the game.
I think it is more then balanced with the heavy WWW casting cost. Given white's inability to draw cards, the spells is not broken, and the removal abilities give it versitility.
