Claws of Gurzigost

This is stricltly type casual, and it's only competition is crazy decks much like itself.

Basically, im using cards that fill up my graveyard alot (For that I rely on the Aluren/Recycle engine, with cards like Bottle Gnomes and Mogg Fanatic to support) then put them back in with the Gurg. and Andruid.

The cool thing I get to choose the cards I bring back, so hypothetically I could make the chance fairly good, later in the game, that I will draw another mogg fanatic.

Of course the kill card is Gurg, but it's possibly to kill them goblin bombarment I suppose.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I could cut from this deck to make it more efficient? Also, does anyone know of some good Red/Green sacrifice creatures?

 

[Dune Echo]

Yavimaya Elder and Yavimaya Granger.

Drop the Elder/Granger during your opponent's End Step with Aluren to thin out your deck. Sacrifice them during your upkeep to add cards to your hand (in Elder's case), or provide upkeep fodder for Gurzigost.

 

[Spiderman]

Since it's casual, why not Bolts instead of Seals of Fire? Unless you need the enchantments for another reason (I didn't look up the Andruid so maybe it's used with that).

I'm not sure it's "good" , but there's Tinder Wall from Ice Age which could be a blocker, plus give you red mana. You'd probably have to do a search on Crystalkeep or with Apprentice to find good other ones

hmmm...Tinder wall is a good one.

My playgroup tries not to play with overpowered cards, and we feel lightning bolt is such a card.

I like yavimaya elder, but not so sure about the Granger. If I get a chance, Ill try them both!
