Oh well. Make that Sneak Attack / Dream Halls, then. Sneak out a Sliver Queen, pitch any spell to play Coalition Victory, win.

Isnt Dream Halls banned already in every possible format ???

What crossed my mind however was Show and tell.

A pure counterspell based deck, with all the blue+ dual lands a couple of sliver queens & coalition victory.

Not that I know of. It used to be banned in Type II when Type II contained Tempest Block, but I don't remember it ever being banned in T1 or Extended.
