Not sure really to post this.

Is there anyway to clean card protectors,I'm refering to the ones you put your cards in for your deck. after awhile they start sticking together and hard to shuffle ect... So is there anyway to take care of this problem,or just go buy new ones.

thanks

A little water with a drop of light detergent and a towel, perchance? It's easier to wash them with a card inside, so load 'em with Boyancies and Tahngarth's Glares.

You might try using said towel to keep the cheeze whiz, boogers, and cat vomit off your hands, and therefore, off your cards. Then you don't have to clean your sleeves. After all, sleeves are there to protect your cards from physical wear, and incidental contact with external nasties. Not a licence to eat fried chicken as fingerfood while you play.

I've sleeves that are two years old, and they're still clean. Worn, but clean.

the protectors are pretty much food free, thier on a diet. They don't like hanging around cats so that pretty much rules out any foul play.Just looking for a way to clean so they wouldn't stick that bad.

Even though you keep your cards in sleeves, treat your sleeved decks with *Kid Glove Care* anyway.
Otherwise, use some watered down Windex and a static clinged-free cloth (like an eyeglass cleaning cloth) and swipe your sleeves once a month (again, proactive).
Of course, you could always buy new sleeves, I always buy black sleeves and usually an extra box too, then I always have an ample supply.

Not to rekindle the battle of the sleeve colors, but I must admit I'm *strongly* anti black. Over two years of use, the black pack I purchased game me the most problems in both the grime accumulation and poor shuffling departments. I advocate Red, Blue, and Green, in that order. (Green behaved just like black for a while, but I think in the company of good sleeves, and seeing black had been exiled to the Island of Misfit Cardcovers, it knew to get its act together)

I use metallic blue, or silver.

Oh, and stop whinging and buy new sleeves for gods sake. What, you thought they`d last forever?
