Burst/Altar

Seeing the power of saproling burst in the 21 or fire of Yavimaya decks,
I suddenly thought about Altar of dementia.

Altar + burst = mill you opponent for 21 cards.
Can that be bad ? I guess so. For all but for the players packing gaea's blessing on a regular basis (esp. oath decks)

Still it made me think about a deck that might well be fun :

Green:
4 saproling burst
4 bop
4 wall of blossom
3 nature's revolt ( for kill & rein of powers )
Blue:
3 rootwater thief (for those oath players)
4 force of will
4 fact or fiction/impulse
4 counterspell
3 reins of power
3 tradewind rider

An excess of amount of laughter is required for a deck like this. Try using a friendly "MWA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA!!!!!!" after you've smacked your opponent into the ground.
