So... We have a protector which just happens to be another golem.

Either its Karn, or this team is still sucking off of the old scripts.

It sounds like a golem who has "taken" the role (passed on in the family or rose anew) but either was corrupted by the power or had bad intentions from the start. But I don't think it's Karn.

This golem had to come from somewhere... maybe it was some sort of golem convention and this is Karn's Bast*** child...

ROFLMAO train!

It could be true... then again, it could all be speculation and worth a thimbleful of grape soda.

There's nothing wrong with a thibleful of grape soda when you're a Magic Junkie...

"it might be your only meal of the day..."

I just want them to hurry up and say -

"Yeah - Karn had a thing with Hanna that Gerrard never knew about, and to hide this from Gerrard his child was banished to another world - and has grown up with much anger for never knowing his human-loving father..."

Obviously none of you recall the chapter where Karn donned his leisure suit and hit the bars....in STYLE !

And you'll clearly see on the new Urza's Tower artwork Urza's son, and Karn's child both walking towards that citadel.

Evidense! Oh wait... its inconclusive.

Actually, the dominant presumption by the people who read the novels is that Mirrodin is in fact the Mirari, or at least a world inside the Mirari, or something like that, and the Mirari was made by Karn, and Karn has all of Urza's powers now.

So anyway, Karn is the God of Mirrodin. As for this evil Memnarch, it could be anything.

Back on Topic, this Bosh fellow has one distinct advanatage over the red "throwing" creatures: He doesn't tap to do it, leaving him to trample over for 6 and even Fling himself for 8 more to close out the game.

He's not quite tourney-worthy, but he's a power-house nonetheless.
