The good about this deck is that it isn´t
to expensive to build and and has a good chance against every normal t1 deck (Keeper, Sligh, White Weenie, Teletubbies etc)

Give me some feedback on this one.

The portal rain of tears has a greater artwork than icequake thats why i run 4

You cannot run cards just because they have great artwork.

Why doesn't anyone use Dingus Egg in land destruction decks?
I know there's a reason since no one does, but I don't know what it is.

Is it just because Mana advantage is good enough?

I'm thinking maybe it costs too much for it to be effective. You want to blow up lands first and by the time you can get the Egg out, you probably have run out of most of your "in-hand" LD and will only do 4-6 more damage from drawing LD. And yeah, you probably want to get out a creature so you can go on the offense and give your opponent less time to find answers. Otherwise, you're both just sitting there, you trusting to the Egg to do your dirty work while your opponent can start rebuilding.
